Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the tools in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all blades, accessories, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
